Dave Fields and Dave Schexnayder, former Cheetah Advanced Technologies, Inc. employees, started Intelligent Design IT, Inc. in 2005 to provide IT services and StreetSmarts customizations. Over the years the services became more focused on the construction industry, and in particular customers using Viewpoint’s Vista software.

We specialize in making new and custom reports easy and cost effective, creating custom imports and exports, and customizing the database through stored procedures and triggers.

We have been in this industry for decades, and are able to assist StreetSmarts and Vista customers to make their systems work for them.
